The title of this acrylic painting came to me because this is how I felt when I was painting it – soaring high. I gave it a very pale blue wash and used vibrant colours with hidden details which aren’t obvious at first glance. I feel this piece oozes excitement about the future, even in these unusual times.
One small nail in the wall is all that is needed to secure this picture.
It has been given one hand-applied coat of artist’s varnish for protection.
